REMOTE - Strategic Direction IT Program Manager at TEKsystems

Our client is searching for an IT Program Manager that specializes in setting and guiding strategy for IT programs to support the enterprise business.

This is a remote position that is a temp-to-perm contract. All candidates must work directly for TEKsystems on a W2 basis before converting to full-time.

All candidates must have experience designing and driving solutions across enterprise organizations. Our client is a Fortune 100 company.

Job Description:

The Enterprise Portfolio and Program Management organization is building out a new team that will help craft the narrative tying business initiatives and value to related operational and technology programs across the enterprise. Their core duty will be to provide leadership in the evaluation of strategic objectives, formulation of strategic direction, and influences/supports decision making based on assessment of complex inputs that are effectively translated into strategic narratives. Day to day job duties include:

• Supports strategic assessments and strategic narratives that are transformational in nature.

• Works collaboratively to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and cross-organizational teams.

• Plans, organizes, and develops analyses / assessments grounded in deep understanding of the business, industry and market trends, competitive strategy, and the impact of technology.

• Participates in cross-functional meetings and provides insight/guidance to peers/managers/directors and executive leaders.

• Interfaces with areas across the enterprise to discuss, gain understanding, and inform strategic recommendations.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
