Job Title: Rental Shop Technician

Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer, is hiring a Rental Shop Technician. We are currently offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus for new hires, payable after 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on rental equipment.
• Inspect and troubleshoot machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services.
• Assist in the preparation of equipment for rental.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in equipment maintenance preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
