Position: RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Technician
Must haves:
* Must have experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System)
* 2-4 years experience in warehouse setting, manufacturing/quality
* Ability to read technical drawings
* Experience using a pallet jack
* Do not need a tech degree but it's a plus to have one
* Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
* MS Office proficient; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Required to lift up to 25 lbs (packages)
* Software Experience
* WMS (Warehouse Management System) SAP, ORACLE
* SharePoint
* Candidate will be trained in WMS and other systems as the job requires
