Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process for data collection, planning, and evaluation of care.
- Implement therapeutic and rehabilitative nursing care with a focus on patient safety and comfort.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and families.
- Observe and document patient conditions and reactions, promptly notifying the appropriate healthcare team members.
- Respond to life-saving situations according to established protocols.
- Ensure timely communication of relevant information to the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Home health care experience preferred; 1-2 years in Med-Surg or hospital setting.
- Education: Accredited RN education program completion; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Licensure: Registered Nurse licensed in Ohio; valid driver's license and CPR certification required.
- Skills: Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
- Additional: Experience working with diverse communities; bilingual skills a plus.
