About The Position
**Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** Case Manager **Job Duration:** 14 weeks **Shift:** Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 - 17:00) **Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified **Experience:** Minimum 1 year **License:** GA or Compact license required **Certifications:** BLS **Must-Have:** - Ability to assess, evaluate, and drive discharge plan - Coordinate services to the patient's appropriate level of care - Ensure treatment plan is initiated, evaluated, and re-evaluated daily - Monitor length of stay and identify barriers to discharge - Follow Medicare regulatory guidelines regarding patient choice, IMM notices, and MOONS **Job Description:** - RTO: Maximum of 7 days off allowed - Holiday Requirements: - If one major holiday falls during the assignment, expected to work it. - If two major holidays fall during the assignment, expected to work both. - If three major holidays fall during the assignment, required to work two of them. - Major Holidays: - Memorial Day - Independence Day - Labor Day - Thanksgiving/Black Friday - Christmas Eve/Christmas Day - New Year's Eve/New Year's Day - No on-call requirements - Up to 25 patients case managed per day - Pre-Screen Unit: Candidates will be reviewed for clinical fit prior to manager's final decision - Compliance: Full compliance required to meet start requirements, with potential delay if not compliant on time, due to orientation schedule **Additional Information:** - Orientation Hours: 13 hours - Candidates must be available to submit core items and schedule labs within 48 hours of signing the contract to ensure an on-time start. - Return travelers must have completed one successful assignment outside of the system prior to returning.
