Criteria has a limitation on financial assistance for only those uninsured or underinsured. Experience or 'Must have' skillsMust be RN Case manager with at least 2 years Acute Care Management experience with previous experience in large academic Medical Center hospital UMMC is the only level 1 trauma hospital in the state so will receive a variety of complex patients and those with no other hospital options.CM Manager/SupervisorDepartment does not have a CM Manager at this time. Will directly report to the Social Work Manager. Chief of Care Coordination is also providing department oversight as needed.
