As the Director of Nursing, you’ll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership, guidance, and supervision of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient. Your guidance and support will be pivotal in maintaining our standards of excellence and enhancing the overall patient experience.

What you'll do
- Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental and center goals and objectives.
- Monitor patient care delivery and clinical outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, including state and federal regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and employee engagement.
- Work closely with the center’s Director of Human Resources to recruit and onboard nursing staff.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient care and safety.
- Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
What you need
- Active, unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in nursing practice and patient care.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
