About the Job
We are looking for an RN home health registered nurse (RN) who will provide nursing care to patients in their San Diego Riverside, California, USA home.

Responsibilities include:
- Assessing patients: Evaluating patients' health needs and problems, and developing care plans
- Administering care: Giving medications, intravenous infusions, and other treatments
- Recording health information: Documenting symptoms, vital signs, and health histories
- Educating patients: Instructing patients and their families on home care procedures and disease prevention
- Monitoring patients: Checking for infections, bedsores, and wounds, and monitoring the patient's condition
- Communicating with others: Coordinating with physicians, social workers, and other health professionals
- Providing support: Encouraging and supporting patients, and providing palliative care as needed
- Recommending devices: Suggesting tools or devices that could improve the patient's quality of life
Requirements
- TN visa candidates/Canadians ready to relocate to CA, USA
- Two 2 years of experience in hospice/rehab hospital/medsurg
- Must have passed NCLEX, TOEFL and have a valid Visa Screen Cert OR a TN candidate in the USA willing to relocate to CA.
- CA license active OR willing to get it (takes 6 weeks)
- Willing to work in hospice
- Should have a driver's license
- Start this new job in a month
Compensation:
- $ 115/visit for SOC, ROC, & RECERT;
- $ 80/visit for RN Eval;
- $ 60/visit for Follow/up, Discipline D/C;
- $80/ visit for D/C OASIS;
- $70 /visit for HI-TECH visit;
- $ 15 for OASIS Documentation on non-visit OASIS;
- $ 45/hr for all mandatory meetings/in-service and subject to deductions for taxes and other withholdings as required by law or the policies of the company.
- On-Call Requirements: As scheduled and approved by DOPCS
Other Benefits: Medical/Dental insurance/PTO/Sick Leave and 401K - Vacation and Illness/Sick/Mileage Allowance/Phone Reimbursement: $15/pay period/Relocation for out of state candidates with CA license (case by case)/Company car or mileage reimbursement if using own vechile/Housing allowance available for 8 wks ONLY in San Diego location/Will process Geen Card for TN candidates after 3 months probationary period.

Pay: Will be provided in accordance with existing company policy; please refer to Employee Handbook for Employer’s policies regarding vacation and sick pay.
Phone Reimbursement: $15/pay period
Mileage Allowance: $0.655 / mile (or current Federal mileage reimbursement rate); or a Company Automobile (in accordance with current Company Policy) --- If applicable
On Call Requirements: As scheduled and approved by DOPCS

Hired Nurses will work 20 hours a week for home health roles intially for 3-6 months while undergoing training,. After which they will do 40 hours a week. THE FLEXIBILITY OF HOW MANY PATIENTS THEY WANT TO SCHEDULE A DAY WILL DEPEND ON THEM>
