A hospital in Northern California is seeking an RN House Supervisor to oversee the daily nursing activity within the hospital. 

RN House Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Functions as a leader in the health care team, assuming responsibility for coordination of clinical services hospital-wide.
• Responsible for making administrative decisions necessary to maintain the operation of the hospital
• Responsible for promoting and maintaining quality patient care through effective management of the activities of the total patient care services during assigned shifts.

RN House Supervisor Requirements:

• California RN license at time of hire
• Relevant nursing education 

(equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
