RN MDS Assessor - Excel at Woodbury for Rehab and Nursing

Excel at Woodbury for Rehabilitation and Nursing has an opportunity for a qualified, dedicated RN to join our team as an RN MDS Assessor

Sub-acute nursing and rehabilitation experience preferred. However, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Requirements:

• NYS Licensed RN with a minimum of 3 years experience, must be a detail-oriented, highly organized, dedicated professional who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills a must, with the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Solid computer skills required, SIGMACARE experience preferred.
• Has a working knowledge of MDS and PPS process and able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position assignments.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000-$105,000 annually
