About the Job:
+ Assist the Director in the planning, development, operational, marketing/sales, financial and staff activities of the Surgical Svcs department.
+ Comply with organization, department and regulatory standards.
+ Manages the operations of the facility.
+ Plans the management of facility staff.
+ Ensure sound fiscal operations.
+ Assists with and develop and implement philosophies and policies for the facility.
+ Develops, implements and monitor quality control and performance improvement activities.
Requirements:
+ BSN required. Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related degree preferred.
+ 3-5 years experience in OR management
+ Licensed in the state of practice.
+ Strong leadership and management skills required. Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
+ Basic Life Support for Healthcare Workers. CPR certification required.
