About the Job
Select Staffing Solutions is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our client's dynamic healthcare team. This full-time position offers exciting opportunities to provide high-quality care across Medical/Surgical and Surgical Services units, ensuring the best outcomes for patients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with established patient care philosophy and hospital policies.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.
Prepare for surgeries, assist in the operating room, and perform circulating and scrub roles as needed.
Administer medications, manage DME equipment, and ensure safe, sterile environments.
Participate in education and training programs to stay current with best practices.
Effectively communicate with patients and their families about conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
Work Schedule
Shifts: Full-time positions available, including night shifts and weekend rotations.
Location: Work in various units including Medical/Surgical, Surgical Services, and Operating Rooms.

Requirements
- Education: Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing or a related field.
- Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
- Additional specialty certifications like CEN, CCRN, RN-BC, CPAN, etc., preferred.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
- Prior experience in a teaching hospital or in surgical services is advantageous.
Travel not required.

- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
- Salary: $62,500-$100,000 per year based on experience
