Pre/post op surgical, neurology, craniofacial, urology, ortho including scoliosis, sports injuries, shoulder elbow, hand, hip, knee, and ankle problems/traumatic injuries/chronic conditions, such as CP or other Neuromuscular problems/no cardiac. Rehab, mostly Traumatic Brain Injury patients. Unit Summary: Medical Pulmonary 60 bed unit Modified 12:00:00 AM Account Manager: Rachel Basgil Account Manager Email: COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required Flu Vaccine: Required - No Exemptions Submittal Details: #Tier2 Travel ComplianceCompliance document deadline is Wednesday prior to start.SSNDOB - Please ensure your traveler s DOB is correct in our system, it is important for Rady to have the correct information as traveler s DOB is used for a first-time password for the Rady systems and can delay orientation if it is incorrect in our system6 days max RTO Traveler is required to work 2 out of 3 holidaysCan only submit to one job/unit at a timeCA license required in hand or ETA of when it ll post needed to submit.
