ID: 51459514 Shift: 19:00-07:00 Description: : Portsmouth Regional Hospital Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire Address: 333 Borthwick Ave, Portsmouth, NH 03801 Unit Name: CSSU Building: Main Campus Cost Center: 64801 General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds: 15 beds Patient Ratios: 4:1 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability): 1-2 LNA support Type of equipment: GE Monitors, Hamilton Bipap and Hiflo, Baxter IV Pumps, Hemospheres Documentation system: Meditech Expanse Scheduling requirements: 12 shifts month (3 shifts a week). 4 weekend shifts Month. Department leadership completes the schedule around the RTO Floating policy: Floating will be on a rotation basis with Travelers floating first Patient Experience requirements: MyCare board are updated each shift during bedside shift report. Bedside shift report is completed at each change of shift Hospital Specifics- Certifications: o Comprehensive Stroke Center o Level 2 Trauma Center Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: Strong telemetry skills Experience titrating vasoactive medication such as levophed, phenylephrine, dopamine, dobutamine Chest Tube Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Arterial Lines Flo-Tracs Temporary Pacing Procedures performed on unit: Temporary Pacing Pre-op prep for cardiovascular surgery Chest-tube removal, arterial line removal Certifications Required: ACLS BLS Dress Code: (Required uniform) Scrubs (color doesn t matter) Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. Cardiovascular and Vascular surgery specialty Mobility team support Patient s monitor by central monitor station General Comments No. of Positions: 3/3.
