Preferred Care at Cumberland is seeking a motivated and creative RN Supervisor such as yourself to be part of our growth in an enjoyable atmosphere. With the recent renovations and new management at Preferred Care Cumberland the RN Supervisor will assist in leading the clinical team for the 196 bed facility which includes short term and long term residents. Preferred Care Cumberland currently has Four Star ratings in Quality Measures with a focus on exceptional nursing care and nursing outcomes. With experienced Regional nursing support and guidance, candidate will be set up for success.

For the Nursing Supervisor position.
We have two shifts currently available 3pm - 11:30pm and 11pm-7am
Ideally the candidate should have experience in a LTC setting.
RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- · Supervision of Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants
- · Ensure appropriate staffing
- · Frequent rounding throughout the facility
- · Support and assist unit nurses with Admissions and Emergency Transfers as needed
- · Completion of shift report
- · Communicating with physicians, family members and team members
- · Ongoing assessment of patients, and timely response to their needs
- · Serve as point person in the absence of the Director of Nursing
- · Long Term Care Supervisory experience required
