Sigma Healthcare team is looking for a RN Step Down to work onsite at our client's facility in Dover NH
Shift : 07:00 - 19:30

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- 2+ years recent working experience as a RN in a Step-down/PCU/Intermediate Care Unit, ER, or ICU (not including clinical rotations)
- Current BLS and ACLS Certifications
- Current Registered Nurse License
- Skills preferred: Management of Arterial lines and management of neo-synephrine .
- Basic computer proficiency inclusive of ability to access, enter, and interpret computerized data/information.
- Ability to effectively delegate appropriate patient care activities.
