Salary: $40+ an hour

($5,000 Sign On Bonus)

About Our Facility:

Here at Elizabethtown Healthcare and Rehab our residents are the most important part of our facility.  We strive to give the best care!  We have a 45 bed facility with a mix of Long Term and Short Term Rehab.  We are currently under new management and seeking employees to join our team and care for our dear residents.  

Job Description:

• Provide Over the Top Care 
• Work as a Team to Accomplish Resident Goals
• Communicate with the DON
• Communicate with Resident's Family Members
• Supervise Charge Nurses and CNAs
• Complete Risk Management Assessments
• Assist with Admissions, Discharges, and Careplans
• Document/Chart on Residents
• Follow Facility Policies, HIPAA Law, and DOH Regulations

• Monday-Friday

Job Requirements:
