We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Unit Manager to join our team and lead one of our nursing units.

Position Overview:

The RN Unit Manager will oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that all residents receive the highest level of care. This role requires a strong leader who can manage staff, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

RN Unit Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage nursing staff on the assigned unit, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, including infection control, safety, and documentation.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers as needed.
• Provide leadership and guidance in the delivery of nursing care, ensuring that all practices are evidence-based and in line with best practices.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns from residents, families, and staff in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care and services provided to residents.

RN Unit Manager Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.
• Experience in a supervisory or management role.
