RN Unit Manager Weekend Baylor - Camden Health & Rehabilitation

Camden Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an Full Time RN Weekend Unit Manager who is motivated and compassionate. We are seeking an nurse who is committed to providing the best quality in patient care available. This is a weekend baylor position. Schedule will be 8a-8p Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours!

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the care for our residents through leadership and clinical follow up
• Ensure all resident assessment are completed in accordance to state and federal guidelines
• Identify and initiate process and quality improvements for the facility
• Work directly with Administrator, DON, ADON, and other unit manager
• Supervise assigned nursing and CNA staff

Qualifications

• Long Term Care experience required
• Experience in leading a team and producing results a must
• Must have current and valid RN License
