Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Salary: $88,000 - $90,000 annually

Position Overview
The RN Unit Manager will play a vital role in ensuring top-tier nursing care, supporting our Director and Assistant Director of Nursing in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and caring environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Oversight: Supervise daily operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Quality Patient Care: Work closely with the DON and ADON to uphold exceptional care standards, minimizing overtime and agency use.
- Personnel Management: Guide and mentor unit staff, facilitate team meetings, and manage scheduling to maintain optimal coverage.
- Problem Solving: Handle personnel grievances effectively, escalating matters as needed to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Skills Development: Provide hands-on training, evaluate nursing skills, and maintain a high-performing team.
- Compliance & Documentation: Oversee the completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) for residents and support quality assurance initiatives.
- Family and Resident Relations: Collaborate on discharge planning and ensure residents and their families receive compassionate, high-quality service.
- Committee Participation: Represent the nursing department in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to facility improvement plans.
What You Bring
- Qualifications: Active RN license in the state of Florida
- Experience: Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings
