Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As the Weekend Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the delivery of nursing care during weekend shifts. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, managing staffing needs, and providing leadership and support to our nursing staff.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing care provided during weekend shifts.
- Ensure adherence to facility policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
- Assess resident care needs and develop care plans accordingly.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance.
- Handle resident and family concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and committees as required.
Requirements:
- Preffered nursing experience in a long-term care setting.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- CPR certificationÂ
