En.Range, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Range Cleaning Crew Chief to manage our outdoor shooting range lead recovery and maintenance projects. This role involves leading a crew of 4-6 members, overseeing project progress, and ensuring efficient and safe job execution. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, jobsite management experience, and the ability to work hands-on alongside the team. This position requires travel for extended periods, with veterans strongly encouraged to apply.

- Project Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of outdoor shooting range projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Crew Leadership: Manage, train, and supervise a crew of 4-6 members, working hands-on to support project tasks.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining professional relationships and addressing concerns as they arise.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and ensure delivery of production expectations, identifying and implementing performance improvements.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates to senior management.
- Problem Solving: Identify, manage, and escalate issues effectively to keep the project on track.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce all safety protocols and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and compliant worksite.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in jobsite management, preferably in construction, environmental services, or a related field.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience as a crew leader, foreman, or supervisor, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Equipment Proficiency: Direct experience operating light earth-moving equipment.
- Organizational Skills: Strong planning and organizational abilities to manage multiple project elements efficiently.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor and appearance.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work on the road for up to 8 weeks at a time.
- Physical Stamina: Ability and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English): A plus, but not required.

- This position requires constant travel out of state for weeks at a time
