Responsibilities
- Grow the New Agent Mentor Program to 5 realtors in the program at any given time.
- Coach and Support new realtors in the Launch process through PLACE: target 50% graduation rate and 3 pieces of business upon completion of Launch.
- Conduct 3 new agent recruiting/screening appointments per week
- Conduct weekly power-ups for team members
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with new agents
- Host monthly career night
- Ensure New Agents are Listing and Buyer Certified within 60 days of completing Launch.
- Be proficient and demonstrate a high level of knowledge in Brivity CRM.
- Serve buyers and sellers in your personal production.
Qualifications
- Licensed Real Estate Professional
- Team Player
- Track record of 50 real estate closed sales in the last 3-4 years.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning-based, growth-minded
- Organized
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
