About the Job
We’re hiring an organized real estate assistant to provide extraordinary customer service. Responsibilities include answering all phone calls and emails quickly and kindly, making existing office systems more efficient, buying materials for the office as needed, and planning travel arrangements/appointments for employees when needed. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company and planning company events. Candidates should be great communicators who are driven and have great time management skills. Compensation:
$40-50K annual
Responsibilities:
- Assistant In-House Agents with the following:
o Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments.
o Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
o Manage database and productivity reports
o Commit to skill development through education and script practice
o Become a real estate local expert
o Track activities and clients
o Meet with clients on sight and in office
o Selection process with clients
o Assist management with various projects as needed
- Other Duties:
o Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel
o Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
o Act as a point of contact for customers and respond in a timely manner
o Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the communicate to improve company reputation and visibility
Qualifications
- Degree preferred in Business, Communications and/or Marketing preferred but not required to apply
- Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
- Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication skills
- History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
- Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
- Background in Real Estate preferred but not required to apply
