JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Must be bar certified in Illinois.
4-6 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on financing, lender representation, and CMBS.
Excellent verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal expertise in real estate financing and lender representation.
Engage in drafting and negotiating co-lender and intercreditor agreements.
Handle legal aspects of commercial mortgage-backed securities.
Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys on complex real estate transactions.
