Associate Real Estate Attorney
We are seeking aReal Estate Associate Attorneyto join its growing real estate practice
The successful candidate will be currently licensed in Colorado, have approximately 4+ years of relevant real estate experience, and possess a strong desire to serve their clients.A portable book of business is a bonus, but not required.

Qualifications:
4+ years of relevant real estate experience
Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.
Skills & Abilities:
Experience with land use, multi/planned use development and entitlement work
Excellent drafting skills coupled with strong analytical skills and the ability to formulate, consider, and evaluate potential solutions and to execute on chosen strategies
An attorney who is determined, professional, well-informed, knowledgeable, attentive, and proactive.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with commercial acquisitions and dispositions, including title and survey review and negotiations, and commercial leasing (office, warehouse, and retail).
Candidates with experience drafting covenants, commercial development and/or land use.
Desire for a long-term rewarding career
Benefits and Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $110,000-$125,000 depending on experience, witha compelling bonus structure.
