Location: Boca Raton, FL
Our client, a highly regarded AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a skilled Real Estate Associate to join their Real Estate group in South Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to become part of a dynamic team and work on complex commercial real estate transactions.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in Florida or willingness to sit for the Florida Bar exam.
- At least 3 years of substantive experience in commercial real estate development and acquisition in a mid-size or large law firm.
- Proficiency in drafting purchase and sale agreements, reviewing title and surveys, preparing closing documents, negotiating loan documents, and handling all aspects of real estate transactions.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent regional and national clients in commercial real estate transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and leasing of a variety of property types.
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and other relevant transactional documents.
- Perform title and survey review, manage closing processes, and collaborate with clients to achieve their business objectives.
- Work alongside a team of experienced attorneys recognized as leaders in the commercial real estate field.
