Real Estate FP&A Manager - Creative Financial Staffing

Our client is a rapidly growing development company that is looking to double in size over the next two year period. We are looking for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis that will report directly to the Controller and work closely with the VP of Finance.

Responsibilities of the FP&A Manager include but are not limited to:

• Monthly and quarterly forecasting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow projections, as well as associated reporting and financial reconciliations.
• Set up controls and processes for reporting
• Work closely with the accounting and finance departments and help set their policies and procedures around financial reporting
• Manage the annual budget process
• Provide accurate and timely reporting of actual vs. budget results. Work with business managers to analyze variances and identify trends
• Prepare monthly consolidated forecasts
• Provide ad hoc strategic analysis to help senior management make informed decisions
• Develop, implement and report key financial metrics throughout the organization
• Develop strategic planning & investment models

Qualification Requirements:

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in FP&A
• Proficient in Excel
• Management experience preferred
• Proficiency in utilizing financial data to facilitate cross-departmental decision-making and provide business support
