About the Job
Primary Responsibility :
The Americold Summer Internship Experience is a 12-week, full time, paid internship that takes place over the summer term in various locations throughout the country. During this experience, our interns will gain valuable knowledge related to Real Estate while contributing to the largest publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) focused on cold storage in the world.
The internship opportunity will provide the opportunity to learn a wide range of facets of real estate including Portfolio Management, Lease Management (Payable and Revenue), New Market Development, Financing, and Valuation.

What You'll Do :
Collaborate with cross functional teams - Assisting with collecting and analyzing existing information and data related to all existing and new real estate assets
Use MS Excel - Provide financial analysis related to lease deals
Use MS PowerPoint - Present findings back to team and leadership
Data gathering and Problem solving - Track and synthesize market intelligence obtained through field work and various electronic sources
Assist with the completion of various real estate related special projects
Travel may be required, but not to exceed 10%
What Experience and Education You Need :
Currently enrolled at an accredited college/university for an undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Real Estate, Management, Engineering or related field of study, preferably rising senior
Completed coursework in Finance or Real Estate is a preferred plus
Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required
Relevant work experience is a plus
Local student to the Atlanta office

Requires the performance of work activities including reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to constructive feedback from executive management
