Summary
As the Real Estate Marketing & Lead Generation Administrator at Moscoso Real Estate Group, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for driving brand visibility, generating leads, and organizing key events that engage our community and grow our client base. This role requires you to work closely with both our internal clients (real estate agents) and external clients (home buyers, sellers, and investors), helping to build relationships and keep our business front-of-mind.

Responsibilities
- Brand Management: Ensure that all marketing materials, from flyers to event signage, consistently reflect our company’s identity and messaging. Help maintain a strong presence in the community by promoting our real estate team’s values and reputation.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at attracting new clients and increasing engagement with existing ones. Focus on local events, community involvement, and relationship building to elevate the team’s visibility.
- Lead Generation: Identify and implement lead generation activities that align with our business objectives. These include coordinating outreach campaigns, referrals, and special events designed to increase engagement with potential clients.
- Event Planning & Coordination: Organize and execute events to promote the brand and connect with local residents and prospects, including open houses, networking events, and client appreciation functions. You’ll also be responsible for planning community outreach events that increase our database and client interactions.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between the internal team (agents) and external clients. This includes fostering ongoing communication with current clients and maintaining a consistent, positive relationship with both prospective and current clients. Ensuring the client experience is seamless and tailored to their needs will be key.
- Administrative Support: Provide organizational support to ensure all marketing and lead generation activities run smoothly. This may include scheduling meetings, tracking key performance metrics, managing databases, and ensuring all marketing campaigns are executed efficiently.
- Community Engagement: Take an active role in developing relationships within the local community, strengthening the brand’s presence through in-person interactions and outreach initiatives. Organize and participate in community events that foster connections and build goodwill.

- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in real estate marketing and lead generation is desirable but not necessary.
