Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and financing.
Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning analysis, and environmental assessments.
Draft and review real estate-related documents, such as purchase agreements, leases, deeds, easements, and closing documents.
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties, including lenders, brokers, title companies, and government agencies.
Manage real estate files, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Provide support for real estate development projects, including site acquisitions, entitlements, and permitting.
Assist with the preparation of legal documents, correspondence, and reports as needed.
