• Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
• “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building Relationships: Connect with clients and other agents in the industry.
• Lead Follow-Up: Keep in touch with leads to grow your pipeline.
• Easy Closings: Write offers, set & attend meetings with clients to get listings and contracts, communicate with team leaders & title companies, etc.
• Local Expert: Stay up-to-date with local market knowledge.
• Prospecting: Actively seek out new business to drive sales growth.
