About the Job
New Hampshire law firm is looking for a skilled Real Estate Title Paralegal to join its team
Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive title searches, preparing title commitments and reports, and drafting conveyancing and closing documents such as settlement statements and transfer tax forms for attorney review.
Responsibilities:
Conduct full and updated title searches.
Draft and review title commitments, reports, and closing documents.
Assist with preparing conveyancing materials and real estate closing paperwork.
Qualifications:
3+ years of real estate paralegal experience, with experience with commercial real estate and/or title work preferred.
Exposure to NH Title Examination Standards (knowledge of MA REBA is a bonus).
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certification, and title producer license preferred.
