A Real Estate Transaction Consultant is also known as a real estate agent. In this position, you will guide home sellers and home buyers through the entire real estate transaction process. Clients pursuing real estate transactions are in need of expert consultants to help them navigate the real estate market, give advice and help them get the best possible value for their property. Real Estate is an exciting and challenging industry that attracts consultants who are customer oriented and desire success and advancement.
Job Responsibilities- Consult with clients about the local real estate market, home values and comparable home sales in their area
- Take clients on home tours and open houses and keep track of their needs and desires in a home
- Manage the entire real estate transaction process from mutual acceptance to negotiating contract terms
- Follow up with both active and inactive clients and offer consultation services as needed
- Create marketing materials to advertise your consultant services
