REBATE AUDITOR

Job Description

• Review annual and seasonal marketing/rebate related programs from the buying department for accuracy and completeness
• Set up the program in the system for calculation
• Review internal reporting for variances between monies due (calculations) and monies received
• File claims with vendors for variances showing monies due
• Follow up with buyers/vendors for missing or short payments
• Ensure all programs are received from buyers and all program detailed are accurate and complete
• Respond to management inquiries
• Monitor and follow up on all outstanding claims, or missing information
• Monitor reporting for overpayments which could be the result of programs calculating incorrectly or not having been received

Requirements – Accounting degree. Minimum 3-year experience in the accounting field. Related auditing experience a plus

Salary Information: $23.00-$25.00 Per Hour
