Job Description

We are looking to find Receiving Support Associates who will perform receiving, accounting, and distribution operations associated with incoming product deliveries for all store teams. In this role, you will ensure high-quality products are available and efficiently delivered. Strong teamwork and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and distribute incoming products according to store standards.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders and supplier paperwork.
• Confirm product integrity, check temperatures, and ensure correct product placement.
• Handle invoicing, paperwork processing, and accounts payable follow-ups with vendors.
• Collaborate with store teams to support product accounting during inventory and financial period close.
• Maintain safety standards during receiving and warehousing operations.

Skills and Experience

• Strong knowledge of store receiving, accounting, and distribution procedures and policies.
• 12+ months of experience in a distribution or receiving role preferred.
• Working knowledge of WFM (Workforce Management) quality goals, food handling, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to use tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and receiving-related software.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Standing/walking for 6-8 hours during shifts.
• Work may include exposure to various temperatures (refrigerators, freezers, and high-heat environments).
• Use of warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and box cutters.
