About the Job
We are a service-related industry and so our ideal candidate will be skilled at customer service, multi-tasking and passionate about helping pets and people. As a Receptionist, you are the first impression for our resort. The principal duties are to handle check-in for arrival clients, handle check-out for departing clients, make follow-up reservations for existing clients, sell activity packages and daycare on reservations made, greet all guests, clients, and handle any general inquiries about the business. Did we mention dogs? So many dogs of all sizes will check into our hotel and be greeted by you! More hugs and dog kisses than we can count! Organization, customer service focus, strong communication skills, and a team based demeanor are what we are looking for.
