DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Receptionist / Admin Assistant
• Location: South Houston area
• Pay: $21-$24/hr.
• Hours: 8am-5pm M-F
• Duration: temp-to-hire
• Description of Duties: Greet visitors, answer phones, order office supplies, handle inbound and outbound mail, assist accounting department enter/ code invoices, reconcile vendor statements, pull / update reports, etc., assist service / operations department
• Requirements: 2+ years administrative support experience in an office setting, solid job tenure, 1+ years QuickBooks experience
