As an Receptionist / Admin Assistant you will:
- Handle front desk reception
- Maintain multiple calendars for management
- Book conference rooms
- Coordinate, plan and organize meetings and events
- Make travel arrangements
- Book hotels, car rentals
- Manage purchase requisitions
- Process invoices
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-2 years of Admin Assistant experience
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
