About the Job
First Insurance Group has an immediate opening for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant in our Bloomington office. This is a full-time position for our insurance agency that is front facing with client interaction, as well as assisting our Customer Service Agents in their daily activities.

Responsibilities
The position includes, but is not limited to- greeting clients that arrive at the office, as well as answering and directing calls and emails from our clients and carriers. Additional responsibilities are to assist with back-office tasks and projects, processing mail and special mailings, maintaining inventory and ordering office supplies, tracking licensure compliance, and other special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Applicant must prioritize courtesy and hospitality, and be organized, efficient, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and internet web browsers. Must be able to be trained to use the software system for our in-house records, able to multi-task, with a willingness to learn and complete assigned projects and contribute to a positive working environment. Reliability and trustworthiness required, as well as excellent written and verbal communication. This position is full-time, with working hours from 8:00-5:00 Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.
