Title: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Location: Wake Forest, NC
USD 18.00 Per Hour 20-28 Hours per week [Employer Est.]
Under the direct supervision of the HR Manager, this position serves as the Receptionist for the ministry and provides some administrative support. The Receptionist is the first voice and first face of the ministry. It is their first impression that will set a positive tone for guests, donors and staff. The receptionist must be unflappable and have a pleasant helpful demeanor at all times.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Be available to work approximately 2-3 hours each morning M-TH and again an hour at day end to send out Salvation reports daily by 5pm
• Handle calls that come through the CCA main phone number; recording information to pass along by email or answering questions and pointing individuals to CCA’s website or recruiting line
• Lead daily devotion time with Right Now Media videos
• Greet/welcome visitors-offer beverage, inform particular staff member of the visitor(s)
• Receive and sign for UPS and FedEx packages
• Order office supplies as needed: maintain adequate inventory, keep storage organized and track supplies budget
• Check and distribute mail daily
• Ensure lobby TV is operating and displaying necessary communications
• Produce daily salvation reports
• Ensure salvation report, prayer cards, picture, note card for Chaplain and information for company and chaplain of the day are ready for devotions each day
• Ship out needed Chaplain resources
• Maintain beverage inventory and stock refrigerator
• Assist with Support Center event set-up, maintenance and tear down as needed
• Maintain Google calendars as needed
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of Corporate Chaplains of America
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization
• Lead and participate in Biblical devotions, worship and group prayer
• Support the ministry of CCA through regular intercessory prayer
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Education and/or Experience:
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree
• Three (3) + years relevant work experience in business environment

Computer Skills:
Proficiency using software programs such as Gmail, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:
Work is performed in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active client and employee communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system; enter alpha-numeric data into a computerized system often while listening on the telephone. May be subject to repetitive motion such as typing, and data entry. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping and lifting up to thirty (30) pounds
