About the Job
Millennium Chiropractic Sports Medicine & Rehab is seeking a full-time receptionist for a busy clinic of four chiropractors. Duties include, but are not limited to: checking patients in, obtaining and entering all demographic information as well as insurance information and benefits, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments.
As the first line of communication with our patients, professional attitude and appearance are a must. Candidates should be excellent at multitasking, have strong communication skills and attention to detail, be friendly and compassionate, and be able to not only perform well but also maintain composure in a fast-paced work environment.
Please only apply if looking to work 36-40 hours per week. We are NOT hiring part time. Our hours opened up with our move to a new location, so our staff are scheduled in shifts as opposed to working all clinic hours. Applicants must be available for shifts during the following hours:
Monday through Thursday 7:15am-6:00pm
Friday 7:15am-2:00pm
Starting pay is $15/hour (if Spanish speaking, please inquire about bilingual pay)
Full Time Employees are eligible for our monthly Incentive Bonus Program after 90 days of employment, which is based on clinic productivity. Details will be provided during interview.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of the patient encounter (Scheduling, Insurance Benefits, Answer Phones, Collecting Payment, Patient Documents)
- Operate computer to generate patient fee tickets and labels; attached tickets to patient chart and deliver patient to proper location
- Keep schedules up to date for physicians
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual; preferred, but not required
