If you have proven your customer service and communication skills in another industry and are ready to learn and grow, we can teach you everything you need to know about insurance. We will even pay for you to get your insurance license. Entry-level applicants will begin with a $XX,XXX base salary and can earn at least an additional $XX,XXX in commission during their first year.

Salary Range: $35000.00 - $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Be outstanding at relationship building.

Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.

Process customer policy change requests.

Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.

Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.

Take premium payments from customers.

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Create relationships from a cold start.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
