Our client is a leading property management firm dedicated to delivering exceptional service and value to property owners and tenants alike.
They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Office Administrator to join their team. This person will be the backbone of their operations, responsible for managing administrative tasks, overseeing office procedures, exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and systems to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as necessary
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Office Manager, Office Admin, and/or a similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with office management procedures and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
