Oxford Solutions is working with a client looking for a friendly and dependable Receptionist to manage the front desk of their product showroom. As the first point of contact for clients, guests, designers, and others, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and guests, making a positive first impression.
• Support the sales team by offering product literature and interacting with visitors.
• Answer phones and address basic product inquiries to support the sales process.
• Manage client information in a computer database and maintain organized files.
• Operate office equipment and handle mail distribution.
• Assist with relaying order status updates to clients and the sales team.

Qualifications:
