Responsibilities

Greeting Visitors: Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.

Answering Phones: Manage incoming calls promptly, directing them to the appropriate department or providing assistance when necessary.

Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and maintain the calendar to ensure efficient scheduling for all staff.

Data Entry: Accurately input and manage client information in the database, ensuring records are up to date.

Communicating: Relay important messages and information to team members to facilitate smooth operations.

Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and document management as required.

Experience: Prior experience in a reception or customer service role is preferred, but not mandatory.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and polite demeanor.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize as needed.
