About the Job
The Receptionist plays pivotal role in our outpatient Co-Occurring Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment Program, taking on duties which involve both receptionist responsibilities and some minor office management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Exceptional Customer Experience:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and assist with clients.
2. Office Management:
- Oversee minor day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and organized work environment.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies, equipment, and coordinating maintenance as required.
- Collaborate with staff to support administrative needs and facilitate effective communication.
3. Coordination of Meetings and Events:
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, ensuring appropriate documentation and follow-up.
- Assist in organizing events or training sessions as required.
4. Professional Development:
- Actively participate in training and skill-building opportunities to enhance administrative and managerial capabilities.
- Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional growth within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of administrative experience, preferably in substance use disorder treatment or healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to adapt to evolving responsibilities and take on new challenges.
