Receptionist at Beacon Hill

Leading Asset Management firm located in Greenwich, CT is seeking to hire a Temporary Receptionist for roughly 20 weeks of maternity leave coverage with the potential to extend. Beginning on Monday, October 21 through mid-March 2025, this position will require 5 days on-site from the hours of 8:30am-5:30pm. This is a great opportunity to apply your skills and find stability with a well-renowned firm! Pay rate $25-27/hour DOE.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact upon office entry
• Meet and greet incoming guests; offer beverages and provide white glove service
• Direct guests to conference and meeting rooms accordingly
• Assist with maintaining the kitchen including pantry stocking and bringing lunch up
• Order food for meetings and conferences; assist with set up

Qualifications:

• Must have reception experience in corporate finance
• Customer service mentality; high-end service industry experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, warm attitude
• No task too big or small mentality
• Mature and professional demeanor
