About the Job
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our visitors. Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Manage office administrative tasks, including answering and directing phone calls
- Utilize Google Suite to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Maintain accurate and organized records and files
- Handle and distribute mail and packages
- Provide customer support and resolve issues promptly
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as typing, proofreading, and data entry
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Operate office equipment, including phone systems and computers
- Ensure the office is well-stocked with office supplies
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite, including Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
- Ability to operate office equipment, including phone systems and computers
- Strong typing and proofreading skills
- Experience with customer support and resolving issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of office software and computer applications
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred
- Experience with file management and organization
- Familiarity with office systems and processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
