Job Title: Receptionist
Employment Type: Temp (2-3 months) with potential to extend/go permanent
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Schedule: Full time onsite, 9am-5pm
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notify relevant parties when visitors arrive.
- Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions and/or taking messages.
- Accept deliveries and incoming mail, organize distribution to the correct recipients, ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage outgoing mail and packages for pick up.
- Manage and maintain inventory for office supplies, snacks, and beverages.
- Maintain ethical, professional, and courteous relations with all visitors.
- Maintain a clean and professional reception lobby area.
- Provide general administrative or clerical support as needed.
- Exhibit a professional appearance.
- Maintain communications with relief Receptionist.
- Maintain office safety and security by following relevant procedures.

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
